Where Can I Find Dropshipping Services that Support WooCommerce Integration?

If you are running a dropshipping business, chances are you are using WooCommerce. It’s flexible, powerful, and gives you full control over your store.

However, there is one major headache that almost every WooCommerce dropshipper faces: The Disconnect.

Most dropshipping agents—even the good ones—don't offer direct integration with your store. This leaves you stuck in a cycle of manual work:

  • Exporting orders to Excel/CSV files every day.

  • Emailing files to your agent and waiting for confirmation.

  • Manually uploading tracking numbers back to your store one by one.

  • Zero visibility on real-time inventory or order status.

This manual process kills your productivity and makes scaling your business incredibly complex.

The Solution? ZQ Dropshipping.

We understand that automation is the key to scaling. That’s why ZQ Dropshipping offers full WooCommerce Integration. No more spreadsheets. No more guessing games.

When you connect your store with ZQ, you can:

  • Auto-Sync Orders: Orders flow directly from your store to our warehouse system.

  • Real-Time Status: See exactly when an order is processing, packed, or shipped.

  • Inventory Management: Check stock levels instantly.

  • Product Import: Easily import products from our system to your store with a few clicks.

Ready to automate your business? Here is how to connect your store.

🚀 How to Integrate WooCommerce with ZQ Dropshipping

Follow this simple guide to link your store to our fulfillment system.

Step 1: Register Your Account

First, you need a ZQ Dropshipping account. https://system.zqdropshipping.com/register

  • Referral Code: Please use code KBO333 during registration.

Step 2: Connect Your Store

Once logged in, go to the ZQ System Dashboard.

  1. Click on "Connect Your Store".

  2. Select the WooCommerce logo.

  1. Enter your website address (e.g., https://www.yourstore.com) in the URL field.

Step 3: Generate API Keys in WooCommerce

To allow ZQ to read orders and update tracking, you need to generate API keys.

  1. Log in to your WordPress/WooCommerce Admin Panel.

  2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings.

  3. Click the Advanced tab, then click REST API.

  4. Click the "Add Key" button.

Fill in the Key Details:

  • Description: Name it something easy to remember (e.g., "ZQ Agent").

  • User: Select the Administrator account (Important: Use the email of the main admin).

  • Permissions: Select Read/Write (This is required to sync tracking numbers back to you).

  • Click Generate API Key.

Step 4: Complete the Authorization

Once generated, you will see a Consumer Key and a Consumer Secret.

  1. Copy these keys.

  2. Go back to the ZQ Dropshipping Authorization page.

  3. Paste the Client ID (Consumer Key) and Client Secret (Consumer Secret) into the respective boxes.

  4. Click Save/Authorize.

⚠️ Important: Syncing Tracking Numbers (The Plugin Step)

To ensure that tracking numbers automatically update in your store and your customers receive their shipping emails, you must install a specific plugin.

If you don't do this, orders may sync, but tracking info might not appear.

  1. Go to your WordPress Admin.

  2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New.

  3. Search for: TrackingMore.

  4. Select the first result (usually titled "TrackingMore - Order Tracking").

  5. Install and Activate the plugin.

🛠️ Troubleshooting

"I connected everything, but orders aren't syncing!"

If you have completed the authorization and installed the TrackingMore plugin but still don't see orders or tracking info:

  1. Check Plugin Conflicts: Ask your technical support or web developer to check if other security or caching plugins are blocking the connection.

  2. Check Permissions: Go back to Step 3 and ensure you selected "Read/Write" permissions for the API key.

Ready to save hours of work every day? Stop managing spreadsheets and start growing your brand.
