  4. Warehouse Processing → Within 24 hours of receiving product

  5. International Shipping → Order status changes to "Fulfilled"

Total Processing Time: Typically 4-6 business days from payment to international shipment

When you have stock stored in our warehouse:

Q4: What types of sensitive products require special attention during shipping?

A4: Sensitive items are products that face shipping restrictions due to safety concerns, legal regulations, or carrier policies. These include:

  • Powder Products: Cosmetics, supplements, food powders

  • Knives & Cutting Tools: Kitchen knives, utility blades, scissors

  • Gun-Shaped Items: Toy guns, replicas, water guns, BB guns

  • Flammable/Explosive Materials: Aerosols, batteries, certain chemicals

  • Replica/Counterfeit Products: Items imitating branded merchandise

  • Power Banks: Portable battery chargers, external batteries



Q5: Is the product's shipping weight based on its actual weight? What is volumetric weight, and why is it important?

A5: No, the actual weight must be compared to the volumetric weight. If the volumetric weight ratio of the goods is ≤ 1, the volumetric weight is disregarded, and the shipping cost is calculated based on the actual weight. However, if the volumetric weight ratio exceeds 1, the shipping cost will be determined using the greater value between the actual weight and the volumetric weight. The volumetric weight is calculated using the formula: Length × Width × Height (cm) / 8000 = KG.


Q6: Do dropshipping agents ship to the U.S. mainland and other locations in the U.S.?

A6: Yes, dropshipping agents like ZQ Dropshipping could ship to the U.S. mainland and APO/FPO Addresses, Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam and Other Overseas Locations.


Q7: Do dropshipping agents ship batteries to the U.S.?

A7: Yes, dropshipping agents like ZQ Dropshipping could ship products with batteries and batteries themselves. For use only with specified electric or fully electric products (battery capacity ≤ 100 Wh; batteries must be properly insulated to prevent short circuits).


Q8: What products can not be shipped to the U.S.?

A8: Goods that are banned from or restricted in mailing under relevant international air-transport regulations and U.S. Customs rules. These include, but are not limited to, all cosmetics, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, prescription drugs, knives, matches, lighters, laser pointers, liquids, powders, pastes, narcotics, firearms and munitions, alcohol (ethanol), and perfumes.
