Q: Is the product's shipping weight based on its actual weight? What is volumetric weight, and why is it important?
A: No, the actual weight must be compared to the volumetric weight. If the volumetric weight ratio of the goods is ≤ 1, the volumetric weight is disregarded, and the shipping cost is calculated based on the actual weight. However, if the volumetric weight ratio exceeds 1, the shipping cost will be determined using the greater value between the actual weight and the volumetric weight. The volumetric weight is calculated using the formula: Length × Width × Height (cm) / 8000 = KG.
