FAQs-Order Fulfillment from ZQ Dropshipping

ree

Welcome to the Order Fulfillment FAQ section of the ZQ Dropshipping blog!

Here, we answer your most pressing questions about how ZQ handles order fulfillment, from processing and shipping to delivery timelines and service fees. Whether you're new to dropshipping or looking to streamline your operations, this section will help you understand how our efficient and reliable fulfillment process works to support your business growth.

Q: Do you offer an auto-fulfillment service for my orders and how?

A: Yes. The Auto Fulfillment authorization can be easily activated through your ZQ Dropshipping account:

  1. Log in to your ZQ Dropshipping dashboard

  2. Navigate to Settings

  3. Select Payment Setting

  4. Review the Auto Fulfill Authorization Agreement

  5. Toggle the "Auto Fulfill" switch to enable the service

  6. Click "Yes, I agree" to confirm your authorization

Key Benefits

  • Time Efficiency: Eliminates manual order processing steps

  • 24/7 Operation: Orders process automatically regardless of your timezone

  • Faster Fulfillment: Reduces processing delays for improved customer satisfaction

  • Business Scaling: Handle increasing order volumes without proportional time investment

  • Operational Consistency: Maintains consistent fulfillment standards across all orders

Q: What are the steps of order fulfillment?

A:(If it’s your first order)

  1. Contact your account manager to create your product listings and map them to your store.

  2. Pay for the unfulfilled orders through the ZQ system. We will purchase the products and wait for them to arrive at our warehouse. If we already have inventory in stock, your orders will be processed within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once the products are ready, we’ll package your orders. If you need product photography before shipping, we can provide that service as well.

  4. After packaging, the tracking numbers will automatically update in the ZQ system and sync with your store.

Q: Do I need to buy inventory first?

A: While it’s not required, we recommend purchasing inventory in advance for the following reasons:

  1. To avoid the risk of your supplier’s products going out of stock.

  2. To minimize delays caused by domestic shipping, which can take 3–5 days.

  3. To negotiate better pricing with suppliers when purchasing in larger quantities.

  4. To enable branded dropshipping by pre-stocking products with your custom packaging or labels.

Investing in inventory upfront can help you secure a more reliable supply chain and build a stronger brand for your business.
