If the buyer is a L0-L6 level or PLUS member and the amount of a single refund is less than or equal to 1000 yuan and the transaction method is sincere credit or guarantee transaction, the merchant should respond to the refund application within 2H. For other types, the merchant should respond to the refund application within 24H, and the refund agreement will be reached automatically after the timeout.
