How to deal with the seller refusing or not responding to the application in 1688?

3 days after you apply for after-sales, if you and the seller still do not reach an agreed solution, you can choose according to the situation:

1. If the seller has not operated, wait for the application for after-sales 5 days, the system automatically defaults to the seller's consent to after-sales.

2. If the seller refuses the after-sales agreement, click the "Complaint" button on the after-sales details page or the refund and return management list page to apply for customer service intervention.
