Buyers of exchange protection services apply for payment conditions in 1688

Only buyers who meet all of the following criteria may apply for compensation:

1. The seller to whom the buyer applies for compensation and the goods to be traded must have joined the 15-day or 7-day replacement service.

2. Buyers and sellers must have Alipay guaranteed transactions;

3. Any of the following situations occur in the after-sales process:

a. The seller refuses to perform the promised 15-day or 7-day replacement service;

b. The seller shall charge an out-of-range fee when providing a 15-day or 7-day replacement service.
