how to prove the seller does not refund in 1688?

Dear buyer, the seller does not refund the definition: (1) the goods have been returned to the merchant, but the merchant has not refunded, the money and goods are in the seller; (2) The order goods have not been received, the seller has not given you a refund, the money and goods are in the seller.


In order to facilitate the settlement between you and the buyer, it is recommended that you provide evidence as follows:


(1) The Courier logistics sheet of the goods returned and the merchant agrees to return the goods and gives you a screenshot of the chat record of the return address;


(2) The seller and the buyer have agreed on the delivery time, the seller has not delivered the want want record or the seller believes that it can not deliver the chat record screenshot.
