1. 8-day no-reason Return Service (currently only available for Taobao Source market orders) : It means one of the industry protection services that you voluntarily choose to provide to buyers on the basis of your commitment to buyer protection services. Specifically, when the buyer uses Alipay service to buy the goods you sell that support "8-day return service without reason" (except customized products, fresh perishable products, online downloads or buyers unwrapped audio and video products, computer software and other digital goods, delivered newspapers and periodicals), within eight (8) days after the buyer signs for the goods, under the condition of "goods in good condition", Buyer does not need to explain the reason, and you agree to provide Buyer with return service in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement (return freight shall be borne by Buyer, if Buyer does not meet the full shipping conditions set by you when placing the order due to Buyer's return, Buyer shall also bear the freight of your delivery). If the Buyer fails to negotiate with you on matters concerning return of goods, the Buyer shall have the right to launch rights protection against you within the period specified by Alibaba and apply for indemnity under the "8-day Return Service for no Reason". If Alibaba determines that the indemnity application of the Buyer is valid, you agree to indemnify the Buyer according to the indemnity amount agreed herein. At the same time, Alibaba has the right to deduct part or all of your security deposit to the buyer for advance compensation, to protect the rights and interests of the buyer. The 8-day Return for No Reason Service is provided by you to the Buyer. You are responsible for the Service and Alibaba is not liable for it.
