1688 Claim Statement of Delivering to Dropshippers

• If the 1688 supplier is unable to provide reasonable counterevidence or proof of force majeure, it shall pay compensation according to the compensation proposed by the buyer.

• The 1688 suppliers or merchants shall pay 5% of the actual transaction amount of the commodity as liquidated damages, and the minimum amount of liquidated damages shall be no less than 5 yuan and the maximum amount of liquidated damages shall be no more than 100 yuan.
